Happy new year and I personally hope that everyone will have a good year of 2025!

To start this new year, I would like to personally share what to expect from [Project Zeta] in terms of sourcing. This because a lot of people are asking what I do and what to expect in terms of how I help companies source for a new product/service that suits their business needs.

So to start off, I have been contacted via my website that a company in the US would like help from me to source freeze dried fruits with suppliers located in Thailand. I then ask the standard question of “Are there any special requirements needed from the product or the supplier?”

The client told me that the product (freeze dried fruits) would like to have options of customization in which the product can be coated with chocolate or other powder. Also the client would like to have their own branding and packaging in which requires suppliers with OEM experience.

After gathering all the necessary requirements, I start the sourcing journey!

Luckly, I was able to attend a conference held in Bangkok in which promotes Fruit suppliers within Thailand. Of course, I went on and source out the listed candidates in which can be seen within the [Sourcing Example].

As you can see, most of the suppliers on the list had made it due to the basic requirements met set by the client and also show potential in developing business opportunities. I try to simply everything to make it more visual for the clients to understand that these suppliers show great potential!
