A client contacted me out of the blue. Asking specifically for fast selling household products within the client’s country. I specifically replied the client’s email with a list of fast selling household items that can really sale fast due to having constant demand.

The client was instantly surprised on the items within the list. The client quickly asked me the following question: “When can we start?”

The following paragraph will explain the backbone structure in which potential clients can expect from [Project Zeta] once you submitted a request to us. Below are the core steps and explanation:

  • First: The potential client will send an email to contact [Project Zeta] and state the requirements of either product sourcing or business development.

  • Second: Allow [Project Zeta] to reply and confirm the request thoroughly and will reply back with a structured brochure or project plan as per request.

  • Third: Schedule a meeting in which [Project Zeta] will fully announce a plan and agree on a contract to implement the product/service sourcing or business plan. Usually at this step [Project Zeta] may enquire for a upfront deposit and PO for confirmation on the potential client’s end.

  • Fourth: Allow for the product sourcing or business development plan to run.

[Project Zeta] will provide milestones so that the potential client can track progress on how much further to fully receiving the sourced product or project.

  • Fifth: Celebrate!

After all milestones has been accomplished, the potential client may go out and celebrate as the product has been delivered and ensured! Better yet if the client has employed [Project Zeta]’s business development, the client can notice and feel the difference as the business pain point has been cured!

These are the simple steps that makes product sourcing and business development easy!
