First and foremost, I thank you, for the dropshipping community for reaching out and use my service

However, I would like to address a couple of things that I should make clear of, that perhaps should be cleared from the beginning but didn’t.

First and foremost, I understand your need for wanting me to source items that requires NO MOQ because you do not want to “lease a warehouse” or do not have the budget for large order. But I would like to say is that the reason why there is a MOQ is so that the cost doesn’t transfer out towards the customer. If by chance a client/customer doesn’t meet the MOQ then the cost would be a lot higher per item. I hope that seeing the above statement, would hopefully make clear of why “NO MOQ” requirement for sourcing is very contradictive.

If you wanted cheaper cost per item for your business then use the economies of scale to your advantage. Do not attempt to reverse the logic and try to bargain your way for it because both the suppliers and I would have second thoughts about the client.

To those who do not have the space or “don’t want to rent a warehouse” should really consider that the cost of sending an item to one location isn’t doable but it’s really expensive. The cost of centralizing things (especially shipping) should be considered first and doing so would allow you to cost save. This is why many companies have localized delivery centers for each region. Again, I understand that some of my clients do not have space in their backyard or thier home for their dropshipping products to accumulate but I would like to make clear that most suppliers that I work with DO NOT WANT TO ABSORB THE COST and make things more pricier.

Second, yes I can help arranging your shipments but please, as mentioned before, unless you can absorb the cost difference of single shipments to your customers then feel free to give me the go ahead. However, I have been receiving a lot of request for me to absorb the price on my end, which I find really funny. “Oh my competitors are doing it so why can’t you do it” is not a valid excuse to push me to absorb the cost. Again, I understand why your competitors are doing it and not you.

Third and lastly, I often give advice on how to build VALUE within the dropshipping business. It is that dropshippers need to understand the core concept of VALUE. For those who do not know the dropshipping business – the traditional route is to find a product (usually from Asia), brand the product so that there are core values and is marketable, then release through a medium (usually online stores). Nowadays, dropshippers have skipped the middle part and just do the quick and easy steps of Finding a product and sell it through online store. Then they would often question why their store isn’t successful.

I have some client request to have me consult and help fix their dropshipping business. I would advise them first to think of the customer’s perspective and then follow through with it. I would help advise them on how to build VALUE for their brand that doesn’t need to pour in additional funds. Because ultimately, your brand’s value, is what will keep the brand from surviving and being competitive.

As for my closing, I have to thank you for reading all of the above and although some of you may think that this is really simple and superficial. I would like to say that I do some results to show for and can help your dropshipping business. Afterall, my point is that dropshipping isn’t “dead” but would need a lot more effort to be put in in order to be successful.
